Speed:

A Bugatti Veyron 16.4 grand sport Vitesse driven by the Chinese racing driver Anthony Liu at Volkswagen Group’s providing grounds in Ehra-Lessien became the fastest open-top production sports car, with a top speed of 408.84 km/h (254.04 mph).

Design:

Bugatti Veyron. The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is a mid-engine sports car ,designed and developed in Germany by the Volkswagen Group and manufactured in Mosheim, France, by French automobile manufactured Bugatti . It was named after the racing driver Pierre Veyron.

Price:

In 2019 the Bugatti Veyron costs $3 million to  $5.8million (£2,304,000 to £4,454,400)
